W S Industries India Ltd has announced that Search Proceedings was carried out by Income Tax Department under Section 132 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 at the registered office of the company at 108, Mount Poonamallee Road, Porur, Chennai-600116 and also at the new temporary office at new no. 48, old no. 21, Savidhaanu building, Casa Major Road, Egmore, Chennai-600008 during the period from 6th July, 2022 to 9th July, 2022. During the search proceeding as a responsible Company all concerned employees / staff of the Company extended their full support and co-operation to the Personnel of the Income Tax Department and provided all the information / documents as and when required by them.
